Photo Submission Rules

Term:
Caron Salon Uniform promotion begins January 15, 2012 and ends February 29, 2012, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) or until stocks last. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the offer.

Who may enter:
Salon owners, salon managers or beauty therapists working in a salon or home/ mobile business. Please note you require an ABN to enter. Caron will determine entrants’ eligibility.

What to enter:
A photo of your waxing work station set up with Caron waxes and associated products.

Photographs must have been shot by the entrant since January 1, 2011.

Cropped photos are eligible. We do not accept digitally or otherwise enhanced or altered photos. If our judges determine that an entrant has altered his or her photo, they reserve the right to disqualify it.

Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, are not eligible.

How to enter:
Fill out the entry form and submit photographs on-line through our web site at www.caronlab.com.au/promo. We do not accept photographs submitted through any other method. Submit one photo per salon. We do not accept more than one photo per salon ABN.

Photos must be in a .jpeg format. Files submitted may not be larger than 4MB.

By entering the contest, entrants grant Caron Laboratories the permission to post the photo on their website and Facebook page.

Entry deadline:
All entries must be received through www.caronlab.com.au/promo web site by February 29, 2012, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Photo Selection:
Photos will be judged by the Caron marketing department each week for the duration of the promotion. Entries that fulfil the photo criteria will be posted on the web site gallery, along with the salon name and state and on the Caron Facebook page. Eligible salons will be contacted by email and sent their free salon uniforms. Caron reserves the right to refuse any photograph which they deem unacceptable or inappropriate.

Prizes:
Each eligible salon entry will receive maximum of 5 Caron t-shirts, delivered to their salon address. Sizes and number of required t-shirts are specified by the salon on the entry form, if certain sizes become unavailable, the next available larger size will be sent.

Offer only valid in Australia, Only salons within Australia are eligible to enter and salon uniforms will only be sent to addresses within Australia.
